How we work

A clear scope. People responsible for it.

Good working relationships start with understanding the building and agreeing the details. Here is how we put your cleaning arrangement together.

Arrange a site walk
01

Walk the site

We look at the areas, surfaces, access, and the way the building is used. You show us the details that matter.

02

Agree the scope

Areas, tasks, and frequency come together in writing. We review the details with you before work begins.

03

Assign responsibility

An assigned crew carries out the work. A supervisor is responsible for your account and is your contact for changes.

04

Follow up

We follow up on the work and anything you raise. When the building’s needs change, we review the scope together.
