Cleaning Team Member – Day & Evening Shifts

Location: Multiple client sites across Metro Vancouver

The role

Join Green Pacific Cleaning & Facility Care in a permanent, part-time role looking after commercial and residential spaces. We are looking for a dependable team member who can follow site-specific instructions, work independently after training, and take responsibility for the work at assigned locations.

Schedule

Approximately 20–24 hours per week to start.
Consistent weekday availability from approximately 12:30 PM through the evening is required.
Work includes recurring commercial sites and scheduled daytime or afternoon cleaning jobs.
Additional hours may become available as the client schedule grows.

What you’ll do

Carry out commercial and residential cleaning, including regular, deep, move-in/move-out, and project cleaning as assigned.
Follow site-specific instructions and Green Pacific cleaning standards.
Clean washrooms, kitchens, common areas, and workspaces; vacuum, mop, dust, wipe surfaces, and handle garbage and recycling.
Use professional cleaning products and equipment safely.
Work independently and with other team members.
Handle client keys, access information, equipment, and company property responsibly.
Report damage, maintenance concerns, supply needs, and other issues promptly.

What you’ll bring

A valid driver’s licence and confidence driving a company vehicle.
Reliability, punctuality, and consistent weekday afternoon/evening availability.
The ability to work independently after training and follow site-specific instructions carefully.
The physical ability to carry out professional cleaning duties and handle the equipment.
Legal authorization to work in Canada.
The ability to complete a background check when required.
Previous professional cleaning experience is an asset.

Pay and benefits

$21–$25 per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities.
Paid travel time between assigned job sites.
A company vehicle available for assigned work travel.
Paid training.
Performance bonus opportunities.
Extended health and dental benefits available after six months of employment, subject to plan eligibility.
The opportunity for additional hours as the role grows.
